Isaevski Gjorgji

Founder and Lead Attorney

Gjorgji Isaevski is the Founder and Lead Attorney of Isaevski Law. His practice is focused on Employment and Labor Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, ESG Compliance, Contracts Law, Compliance and Regulatory matters, Data Protection (GDPR), Intellectual Property, and ICT Law. His work often involves aligning local legal requirements with international standards and best practices.

With extensive experience advising companies across various industries, Gjorgji has developed a broad and business-oriented legal practice shaped by real-world client needs. His work with companies of different sizes—from startups to established businesses—has led him to adopt an integrated legal approach, addressing not only isolated legal issues but also wider operational, regulatory, and compliance challenges faced by modern organizations.

Gjorgji advises clients on organizational and employment structures, internal governance frameworks, contractual and commercial arrangements, and regulatory compliance as well as ESG Compliance. His work is characterized by a pragmatic, business-oriented approach, supporting management teams in navigating complex legal and operational challenges.

Gjorgji holds an LL.M. in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law “Justinian I”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He is a licensed Attorney at Law and an authorized Representative for Industrial Property Rights, as well as a sworn court translator and interpreter for English–Macedonian.

Gjorgji, positioned Isaevski Law to operate on a personalized, client-focused model, emphasizing long-term cooperation, transparency, and legal certainty. Gjorgji Isaevski is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association and practices in North Macedonia. He is fluent in Macedonian, English, Serbian, and Croatian.

Isaevska Snezhana

Snezhana Isaevska is a legal expert with decades of experience in the field of civil law. She completed her legal education at the Faculty of Law in Skopje (Judicial Track), graduating in 1987, and passed the Bar Exam in 1993.

She has built her professional career through continuous and extensive practice in civil law, with a particular focus on the practical application of legal norms, protection of public interests, and the provision of legal opinions and advice in complex legal matters.

From 1998 to 2023, she was initially an Independent Professional Associate and later as a Legal Advisor. In the course of her professional engagement, she was involved in proceedings of significant importance for the protection of the state’s property and proprietary interests, the conduct and monitoring of civil proceedings, as well as the provision of legal advice.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Snezhana Isaevska brings in Isaevski Law a deep institutional knowledge, stability, and a high level of legal expertise, representing substantial added value for clients in the area of civil law and related legal fields.

Isaevski Srekjko

Srekjko Isaevski possesses decades of professional experience in construction, environmental protection, and industrial ecology, gained through leadership and expert positions in both the public and private sectors.

He has graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 1980, throughout his career, he has held roles such as head of construction operations, project engineer, and director of the technical sector in major industrial facilities, as well as director of ecology and service operations.

Srekjko Isaevski has also contributed as an external consultant on projects for the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.

He has actively participated in the preparation and implementation of operational plans in accordance with A-permits, execution of environmental protection projects, industrial filtration plants, waste management, and industrial pollution mitigation, as well as the preparation and review of technical assessments and documentation for institutional, judicial, and banking purposes.

With his extensive experience and expertise, he contributes to Isaevski Law by providing specialized support in environmental matters, ESG compliance, industrial construction, and sustainable practices, delivering added value and practical solutions to clients.
